At Burchda Bikes, we stand by the quality of our electric bikes and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unassembled condition. We aim to ensure every rider is completely satisfied with their purchase while maintaining a fair and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Carefully repack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and tools that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned bike for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
